The sense of freedom and adventure I gained from working with horses from a young age provided me with a great source of inspiration and became a powerful motivating force in my life and career as an artist. Capturing a sense of presence in her work inspired Laura to develop and explore her subject matter using a wide range of materials and processes.
Graduating with a BA(Hons) Duncan of Jordanstone School of Art in Dundee in 2003, Laura went on to study painting for 3 years at Leith School of Art in Edinburgh in 2007.
